Job Description: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location The Woodlands, Texas
Schedule Typically Monday through Friday working as many hours as necessary to successfully perform the job
Travel Negligible

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative Assistant is an experienced and polished professional that will support multiple members of the Executive Team with all administrative duties and special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
Compose and edit correspondence with little or no guidance
Generate presentations and reports as well as create graphs and spreadsheets
Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Facilitate meetings and conference calls
Maintain calendars and schedules
Answer and direct phone calls
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting upper-level management (assistance of more than one executive is preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal, reading and writing) is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills
Professional attitude and self-motivated with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Experience working in a legal setting, such as a law firm, is preferred but not required.

COMPUTER OPERATIONS:
Proficient in computer skills with good keyboarding, 10-key, electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook (including calendar maintenance)
Data analysis and research as needed

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

REASONING:
Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to interpret and prioritize multiple and competing instructions, whether furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PLANNING/ORGANIZING:

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL:

Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature may be required.

MANUAL DEXTERITY:

Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
