The Utility Relocation Manager is responsible for the adjustment of all utilities that are impacted by the Project.

- Responsible for the management of all utility coordination staff, and ensuring that the utility adjustment process meets the requirements of the Design, Build, and Finance Agreement
- Ensure that utility conflicts are resolved as mutually agreed by all parties, and avoiding conflict with construction activities and the Project Schedule
- Attend and lead utility coordination meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between Utility Owners, utility relocation coordination consultants, and the Texas Department of Transportation.
- Establish, coordinate, and update the utilities design schedules and sequence of utilities work schedules.
- Manage utility coordination with Utility Owners, production of the Utility Assemblies, and utility adjustment construction.
- Produce written reports on the status of all elements of the utility adjustment process.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g. Project controls, design, construction, public relations, financial services, environmental) to ensure the necessary level and degree of integration with those units and the Utility Adjustment Work.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Solid general knowledge and experience of major aspects of design and construction projects including highways, bridges, utilities.
- Four years of relevant experience in coordinating and solving complex utility adjustments on highway improvement projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be creative and to devise innovative and practical solutions to problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
