Job Description: Information Technology Project Manager
Location: Irving, TX
Relocation: Yes
Pay Rate: Commiserate with industry experience. This position exempt and ineligible for overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday working as many hours as necessary to successfully perform the job
Travel Occasional domestic travel up to 20% of the time

Overview:
The Information Technology Project Manager's primary role is to plan, budget, document, and oversee all aspects of assigned IT projects throughout the project management life cycle. The project manager will work closely with upper management as well as functional subject matter experts to ensure that the scope, direction and outcome of each project meets requestor's expectations and needs.

Job Duties:
1. Champion and oversee the implementation of IT enterprise systems/applications throughout the organization
2. Continuously monitor, communicate, and respond to budgets, schedules, and scopes
3. Provide technical leadership in project execution using motivating techniques and demonstrating emotional intelligence to keep the project team on track
4. Identify opportunities to reduce costs including alternative paths, understanding others' positions, and regularly meeting with stakeholders to confirm requirements
5. Manage project control activities related to schedule, activities, costs, risk mitigation, and communication. Understand technical requirements and processes
6. Supervise project contributors - apply strategies to keep people focused and coordinated with each other
7. Listen to and implement requirements from upper management. Provide persuasive solutions
8. Evaluate user needs and system functionality ensuring that systems are reliable and employees' expectations are met
9. Plan, develop, and implement system solutions within budget
10. Obtain competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness
11. Build and maintain vendor relationships
12. Performance tuning and monitoring of system along with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
13. Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously
14. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
15. Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents
16. Speak effectively and convincingly before groups of customers or employees of organization
17. Utilize MS Project (or alternatives), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheets
18. Other unlisted duties will be assigned

Qualifications:
1. At least five (5) years of IT and management experience. Preference will be given to those with work experience in the construction industry
2. At least two (2) years of experience in enterprise systems/applications implementation
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is not required but preferred
4. Bachelor Degree or higher in IT related program from an accredited university
5. Ability to read and write English fluently with demonstrated proficiency in grammar
6. Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
7. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
8. High level of computer skills in MS Project (or alternatives), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
9. Office 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 CRM experience is a plus
10. Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.
11. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
12. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
